  • What happens if I receive a package after my service expires? Packages are held in THE MAILROOM up to 14 days after service expires. If no response on the 15th day, packages will be returned to sender.

  • Can I request anyone to pick up my package for me? Only people listed on the Package Receiving form will be able to pick up your package.

  • Do you provide package receiving for a business? Yes
